Come and join us in the digital lab and learn the art of Claymation. Students will learn to develop characters and storyline. They will work with green screen backdrops, camera work, and editing. At the end of the course, the students will have a finished short movie that they can put on a thumb drive.

Do you want to learn how to optimize your photos without investing in expensive equipment? Learn how to utilize your smartphone’s camera to its full potential. In this one-day workshop, we will cover manual camera functions, composition, lighting, and editing. You must bring your phone.

Drawing
4 Tuesdays, 6-7:30 pm
This four-week course will cover the fundamentals of drawing. Students will learn to see as an artist and draw by using simple shapes. Students will learn to shade and how light affects shadows, in addition to proportions. Instruction will become more advanced as skill levels improve. All materials provided.

Explore, using pastels, the path to your creative center where you will focus your creative energies and be in the moment! Without too much structure, we can experience the joy of painting and the feel of color instantly on paper. This workshop will utilize still life. Bring your pastel supplies or supplies will be provided.

Whether your child is just beginning or seeking to advance his/her skills, each ½ hour private lesson is tailored to the student’s individual abilities. Information on rentals and appropriate sized instruments is available. With young children, parent attendance at lessons is recommended. Options to add additional individual and group lessons available.

Join teacher Jewel Ullrich for 1:1 vocal instruction to help you find your unique vocal quality. Lessons are appropriate for beginners, as well as for those interested in improving skills. Instruction will include proper breathing techniques, vocal registration, resonance, vowel placement and more. Lessons are open to children and adults. Ages 10+. Appointments 11:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m..
Reinforce private lessons by learning to play with others. This course is designed to help existing students listen, respond, and perform as a team. A recital will take place at the course end.
