Shoebox Parade

While the pandemic may have cancelled the annual march through New Castle, Arts & Education at the Hoyt has teamed up with New Visions to carry on the tradition with a Shoe Box Parade! The event features 50 floats created by schools, churches, nonprofits & businesses paraded down “East Washington Street” through the magic of film! Narrated by Daniel Effinite & Mike Lysakowski in collaboration with Studio 724 Photography. Join us in person or on-line for the premiere!
