This course is designed to introduce students to the fundamental philosophies, lineages, physical practice and language of yoga. Practices of yoga postures, meditation and mindfulness, breathing exercises and the principles of yoga will be shared and discussed. Bring a yoga mat. Capacity: 10 students. Minimum: 6 students. Ages 16+.
