Rhonda Peterson is always thinking in terms of color, texture, composition, and light. She often spends hours driving or walking in the countryside with her camera to capture particularly interesting or beautiful places along the way. Yet she approaches each piece intuitively; much of the time with little planning other than a ready collection of reference photos or vivid memories of how a place made her feel. Ultimately, her goal is to connect her own response to the beauty of the landscape with others.
Rhonda graduated from the University of Louisville with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, and a master’s in expressive art therapy.
