This four-week course will start with guided practice on observational drawing skills using basic forms, still life, and the figure—making use of varied media. In the second portion of the course, students will apply these skills to imaginative and conceptual illustrations. All materials are included.

4 Tuesdays, 6-7:30 pm
This four-week course will cover the fundamentals of drawing. Students will learn to see as an artist and draw by using simple shapes. Students will learn to shade and how light affects shadows, in addition to proportions. Instruction will become more advanced as skill levels improve. All materials provided.
