Lawrence County is fortunate to have a beautiful selection of old buildings and structures, with many interesting architectural details, but most of us tend to not look closely at these sometimes obscure elements. This annual competition held by Lawrence County Partners in Preservation highlights these features while raising funds to preserve our historical landmarks for future generations to enjoy. Lawrence County Art Show

The Lawrence County Art Show has been postponed until fall. See below for new dates.

From state parks and Amish farmlands to ethnic foods, festivals and fireworks, the 2nd Annual Lawrence County Art Show invites artists to capture the people, places and events that make our region unique!  While cash prizes will recognize talent, a limited number of purchase awards will help build the County’s Art Collection from the entries submitted.

Dates to Remember

  • Deadline for Entries: September 11, 2020
  • Delivery of Art work: September 7 to 11, 2020
  • Exhibition Dates: October 1 – December 31, 2020
  • Public Reception: Friday, October 2, 2020 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm
