Supplies
- Straw
- Balloon
- Construction Paper
- Scotch Tape
- Scissors
Instructions
- Cut off the rolled end of the balloon and insert the straw
- Use tape to secure the balloon (test blowing up the balloon to make sure there are no leaks, add more tape if needed)
- Cut out fin pieces to tape on the straw (opposite end of the balloon; be sure to leave enough room on the straw that you can still blow up the balloon)
- Blow up the balloon, put finger over the end of the straw until you are ready to let your balloon rocket fly
