Supplies
- half of a paper plate
- watercolor paints/markers
- popsicle sticks
- tape/glue
Instructions
- Glue together 2 popsicle sticks in to a wide V shape first to give them try to dry
- Paint on one side of the paper plate (Make sure to use enough water in the paints to allow it to flow easily while painting)
- One painted, allow the fan to dry for a minute and then flip over to attach the popsicle stick holder to the back using glue and/or tape
