Under the influence of Facebook and MySpace, Beginning With Nine: An Expanded Invitational explores the Hoyt’s own social network beginning with nine artists closely associated with the museum. These artists in turn invited others to exhibit resulting in a very connected look at how creative minds not only interact but inspire each other.
