2011 Children’s Summer Art Camp

We’ve gone out of our way to ensure an exceptional art camp experience this year!  In addition to traditonal (and some not so traditonal) art-making activities, the Hoyt Institute of Fine Arts has added a roster of visiting artists, educational programs and live performances to actively engage your imagination!  From cartooning with Joe Wos to making musical instruments with Bash the Trash, the Earthworks theme explores the relationship between our environment and art through stories, Eco-Art, and recycling.  Lunch is included and students have the opportunity of choosing from a morning (9:30-Noon) or an all day program (9:30-3) at a great price!  What’s more, a number of scholarships are available to ensure camp is accessible to everyone!

You many access the schedule below, as well as the roster of visiting artists.  For a printed copy, call 724.652.2882.
