Fore more than twenty years the Hoyt Institute of Fine Arts has ended its Summer Art Camp program with a free community arts festival for those young at art. This year’s celebration is made possible in part by the generosity of the Almira Foundation. Join us for a free afternoon of entertainment, arts & crafts activities, singing, dancing, and more!
